One tells you the organization is misaligned. The other tells you whether the leaders in place can fix it. Together they tell you which problem you actually have — and leaders assessed under both are only counted once in the fee.

From finding to financial exposure

A finding without a price is an opinion.

Learning that candour is weak tells a board nothing it can act on. We reconcile every scored finding against your own operating and compensation data and express it as an annualized cost to the enterprise: a figure that competes, on equal terms, with every other claim on capital.

Written up, presented live to your leadership team, then handed over. Where it lands is set by your calendar, not ours.

Then we pause.

Nobody makes a good decision about their own organization while being rushed. So we don't rush you.

Findings about your own people take time to absorb, and most leaders want to sit with them before saying anything out loud. There is usually a second conversation to have as well — with the executive team, the board, or the people the report is about — and occasionally what it surfaces is a reason to change course rather than proceed.

The pause is yours and there is no clock on it. Many clients run the remediation with their own people — that is what the report was written for. Come back when the timing is right, and we scope against what the diagnostic already found.
