We use assessments, leadership conversations, targeted surveys, and existing data to understand how work flows, where friction shows up, and which structures or processes are slowing execution. 

The goal is to give leadership a clear, evidence-based view of what’s affecting performance. 

Within a defined window—typically 4–8 weeks, depending on scope—you receive a concise report you can take straight to your executive team or board. 

It includes: 

• A clear map of where people and structures are leaking profit or slowing execution 
• Key patterns across leadership, culture, and operating model 
• A short list of high-impact opportunities

You leave with a shared, fact-based view of what’s going on. 

This is where our process differs from most change projects. 

We deliberately pause so leadership can review the findings, test them against lived experience, and decide where to focus. 

You’re not locked into a program. 

You can use the report internally or engage AMC for targeted next steps. 

If you choose to move forward with AMC, we use the diagnostic findings to scope work that is specific, targeted, and realistic for your context.
